Basic stacking must be within 50 ft of the delivery truck, on level ground (with no obstacles) and wheelbarrow accessible.

Our drivers are not responsible for clearing a passage in order to stack wood, please make sure stacking area is easily accessible. If the stacking is more complex please call in for a quote.

If we arrive to a basic stacking and indeed it is clearly not basic we may not have sufficient time to complete the job - for example: If you have multiple stairs or steep up hill sections our driver may decline the job. Please accurately assess the distance from the truck and clear the pathway.
